In the creation of the 'Dilla Time' proposal deck, we aimed to encapsulate the essence of J Dilla's influence on hip-hop and beyond. The documentary celebrates the storied life of the legendary prodcer, and the design of the deck needed to parallel the innovative and soulful rhythm of his music. It was a deep dive into the visual storytelling that reflects the beatmaker's enduring legacy.

The challenge was to create a design that was as timeless and expressive as his music, which continues to inspire artists and producers. We conveyed the depth of Dilla's craft and the profound emotion his beats evoke.
