A Question For

// INTRO

A Question For (AQF) is a pioneering audio-first community platform that embodies authentic storytelling and embraces vulnerability. It serves as a sanctuary for users to engage in meaningful conversations, share personal narratives without fear, and foster a supportive network. As it transitions from its initial video-based storytelling medium, AQF is blossoming into an app dedicated to deepening human connections and providing a space for genuine personal expression and growth.

Working alongside my sister, Faizah Balogun, and supported by the Black Founders Network (BFN), we aim to ensure that diverse voices are amplified within this innovative platform.

My comprehensive approach covered the spectrum of design—from brand identity to UX/UI design—ensuring that AQF’s core principles resonate through every user interaction. The goal was to create an engaging and supportive environment for users to connect and share their stories.

Collaboratively working with developers, I helped hone the app’s features and functionalities, laying a solid foundation for a successful market entry and robust user engagement. I leveraged user feedback and current trends in social technology to inform design and functionality, focusing on ease of use and engaging interactions.
